I really don't know where they get all their info from - is it made up?
I haven't got a clue but everything causes cancer. Who did the research?
I think that just proves once again that unless you have been diagnosed as deficient in something, chucking a load of supplements down your throat isn`t necessary. The amount of omega 3 etc that you need is what would be found in nature (by eating varied diet) and high concentrations of anything whether it`s fish oil or vitamins isn`t natural.
237SJ is correct once again.

If you read the article carefully, it alluding to the "lethal form of prostate cancer", which is bar far the least common form of the prostate cancers.

Nothing wrong with the Daily Mail...but I agree it is confusing.
I've reached the conclusion that everything's bad for you in one way or another.
