Stoke, I really feel for you. I have been through the same so I understand how you feel. As others say try to think of the good times and its amazing how much it helps, but you have to go through very difficult days too. I always feel proud to think that there is so much of my Dad in me, a lot of qualities (good or bad!) but I know where they are from. Hopefully you have good family and friends around you. You will take it in turns to be strong for each other. Take care.

Do Not Stand At My Grave and Weep
Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry;
I am not there, I did not die.
Many many condolences my friend.
