Can anyone help me with this obscure description of a song?

It is sung by a female and it's about meeting a young guy late one night in a drive in motel, who makes love to her and this gives her the baby her husband cannot. They meet later, unexpectedly and the young guy sees the child and realises it must be his because they look so alike.

It has been driving me nuts for weeks now.
