One way would be to use winamp. Change the output plugin to disk writer or raw writer, then convert the output from that to mp3.

You can't directly convert from MIDI to MP3, as MIDI only holds information about how your synth should play i.e which instrument, length, duration and velocity of notes etc. So you would have to play the MIDI and record the sound from your synth.
