Yes, it is a piano version of the riff used in the dance track called 'Forever and a Day' by State One.

I don't think this answer is right. I think that is the piano tune they've been using for a while. The one I'm thinking of they've only started using.

And the riff did NOT originate in that State One track! State One nicked it from the BBC ONE idents, not the other way round!
