80's little boy - help

Hi folks, this one has been bugging me for years. Im sure the track was out at about the same time as the "A Team", the video was of a little boy ( abou 6/7 ) sitting cross legged just watching television. Cant remember the song at all just know i loved it....not much to go on i know but any ideas ??
