Looks like a custom-made jobbie ... if it;s any help in your search, the 'Demon' is Dave Grohl, frontman for the Foo Fighters, former Nirvana drummer.

I dunno...but as naz says, it is probably a custom ~ and Dave Grohl owns many guitars.

Dave played both guitar & drums on 'Tribute' . Another titbit is that Ben Stiller & Liam 'Whatever' Lynch have cameos in the vid. Mr Lynch also directed the video :o)
