i know this sounds a bit strange. i'm looking for a song that was mainly played on the flute i thought it might have been jethro tull but it turns out not to be. it was out in the late sixties early seventies. it's quite lively. it's not classical. please help if you can.

p.s. for some reason the word "wicker" seems to come to mind. or maybe it's time to sign myself in. thanks

Perhaps you are thinking of Focus with their hit "House Of The King".

A snippet of the tune...

Or something from the Wicker Man film soundtrack?

Lots of odd tracks on that!!!
NO - it's not on Wicker Man soundtrack - listened to it all this afternoon and nothing really fits.

Did anybody in Family play a flute? Or ELO or Wizzard or ???
could it be "living in the past " that was jethro tull,
Moody Blues, 'Knights in White Satin'?
Could it be Tom Hark by Elias and his Zig Zag Jive Flutes?
