What is the song called that has recently been in the charts - it's a dance tune with a sample of what sounds like Michael Jackson but i dont think it is him

The Beatfreakz - Somebody's Watching Me has been played a lot recently, it hasn't been in the charts yet though. This track samples Rockwell's song of the same name, which I believe MJ did backing vocals for.
