Hello! This has been bugging me for ages. I'm not sure if it's from a film or a TV show but the line is: "I'm very, very sorry" It's delivered in a really high voice in a very sarcastic manner. I think it's from a comedy (I'm getting a Jim Carrey vibe every time I try to figure it out). Sorry about being so vague but that's all my stupid brain can remember! Thanks! Al
