BBC TV News has just reported that Cliff Richard is dismayed that songs such as "Living Doll" will soon be out of copyright as he obviously needs the money to keep coming in!. Does anyone know if the "Living Doll" he sings about is actually "Big John" - the well known male blow-up doll?

He's got a point though - a 50 year copyright may be ok for most mortals, but considring there are some rocks that are younger than him, he has to consider the pension...
Consider the alternative.... his royalty payments dry up so he has to release new stuff to the charts.
