Just found Little Red Monkey recorded by Joy Nichols, Dick Bentley and Jimmy Edwards in 1953. I haven't heard that for years. Thanks for stirring the memory.

Yes, sadly gone forever. I'll have to dig out my tapes of Uncle Mac's Childrens Favourites and have a wallow. Fortunately still got a cassette player - Little Red Monkey isn't on them. Sad omission in my opinion!
