Keeps the arthritis at bay,lol.
Most boring tune ever, along with Hey Jude.
Love it... that's actually you?
I haven't played classical guitar since school age, and then went onto electric (and piano/keyboard). Didn't play anything for years (blame the children lol) and have just started flute lessons a couple of months ago x
One of my favourites too.

Yes, that is me. More into ragtime now.
Years ago I fell in love with a folk singer - this was our special song (although it was Ralph McTell's version :-)
Question Author
Ralph Mctell inspired me years ago.
Show us some ragtime? Xx
I thought it was Hey Dude now
That song always makes me feel very sad. Fifty plus years ago as an eighteen-year-old I used to travel on the overnight coach from London to Manchester, which arrived in Manchester around 5am, giving me time to catch the first bus from there to my home town. As 6am approached there was a string of homeless waiting to get into the bus-station toilets for a wash and brush-up - "carrying their home in two carrier bags". No drugs in those days, other than alcohol, but the sight remains with me as a septuagenarian.

Hi Pixied, I shall upload some ragtime stuff, mostly Blind Blake.
I just love watching people playing live- of anything really. Always much more talent, than computers and synthesizers...xx
Only if you are happy to- but would love to see it xx
You've not uploaded to that channel for 8 years, SK. Perhaps it's time for you to let us hear some ragtime guitar?

To get you in the mood, here's Jaroslav Ježek's Bugatti Step played on guitar by Jan Zacek and Petr Vít:

That’s brilliant, Sparkly.
I’ve been trying to teach myself to play the guitar for about ten years now. Not getting anywhere.
"Fifty plus years ago"
"No drugs in those days"

No drugs in 1969?! You jest, obviously...
