'Climate Change' is media scare-mongering with no definitive proof that it is any different than the warming and cooling the planet has done since its inception.

I find the media buzz phrases like 'carbon footprint' to be laughable in their pretentiousness - and have no truck at all with government posts like 'Environment Secretary' - its attention-seeking self-important guff.

Nope, how many end of the world predictions have there been so far? I'd be more concerned about population overload than climate change.

You clearly weren't paying much attention to the UN report released not that long ago that put a 95% confidence on man-made Climate change. That said, Bob Geldof is going much too far and his hyperbole isn't going to help matters.

His hyperbole didn't do so bad at goading folk to feed the world. Not that it's solved the problem. But yes, one is unlikely to convince the skeptic who is unconvinced at the data so far. Probably just come back to haunt folk as 2030 is approached and we've only gone up ¾° or less.
