I am badly anemic, tablets didn't agree with me, and have been 'threatened' with injection. was given no suggestions, but apart from liver (triple yuk) what could i eat that would higher it a bit b4 check up next week? tia

it would probably take longer than a week to get it up by diet alone but all red meat has iron, and a lot of dark green veg..

When I had the same problem I got a bottle of floradix. Tastes alright and is all natural sources of iron
