It depends on the engine fitted in the car also the age of the belt as well as how many miles you have covered since the last belt was fitted.  If you have a service book for the car there is often a section which states when the belt should be replaced and a section that is stamped if it is replaced by a garage/main dealer. etc.  You will also find this info in a Haynes manual or by phoning your local Nissan dealer.

Cambelt should be changed every 3 years or 60000 miles which ever comes first.
