what does 'restricted' licence meanon car ins?

i have an automatic licence...does this mean its not a full uk licence?

also ifi is restricted it says <3,,, and >3 - what does this mean?

your licence is restricted to just automatic cars. If you passed your test in an automatic you are not licence to drive a manual.
