but it isn't always the last Saturday befor Christmas!!! what if Christmas day is a sunday, the 24th would be the last saturday before christmas!!! Or, are you saying the last Saturday before Christmas, whatever the day of the week, is the worst statistically for accidents? I don't agree necessarily, especially if it was Christmas Eve, as most shops shut at 5 or 6pm Christmas Eve, and even then, the only people out shopping after 4pm on Christmas Eve are husbands looking for a Christmas Card for their wife that DOESN'T say top the One I Love or to My Other Half, cos all the Wife ones have gone weeks ago,

it says here that fridays are the worst day, but this was for november.
