Can anyone confirm that VINEGAR will remove rust on a car.

Iv'e never heard of that one, but i suppose in theory it could work the acid in the vinegar would dissolve the rust.

Only way top remove ALL rust is to cut/grind it out. Anything that says will convert or remove is mis-leading and a con. It just seals it for a while!
