when i turn on my tomtom 510 all i get is a flashing red cross on my card
ihave tried most recomended ways to try and fix it. can anyone help please

Go for a long reset.
Hold the reset for 10 seconds then press & hold the reset and the on/off together for 5 seconds then release both at the same time.
