my brake lights are on all the time when I am driving. I have hade the switch changed last month,but not the problem is happening again. What could the problem be

Is the brake pedal actually touching the switch so the lights don't come on when the pedal is in the up position...
could it possibly be that the rear light connectors are touching the brake light connectors? your car may just be a little confused?

or, possibly a long shot, but when some cars are hot-wired, all the rear lights tend to come on and stay on (police then know there is something up with the car) so could there possibly be a fault with the ignition system?
