It may be possible to hammer a socket over the nut
a good quality 18mm deep impact fits most locking nuts
Hubby says to sacrifice an old wheel brace, get someone to weld it onto the locking nut. Job done. Then replace all locking nuts. ( be sure to use copper grease on new threads. Hope is of help gobblygook to me I'm a girlie.

Try these from Screwfix:- http://www.screwfix.com/search.do;jsessionid=E D2LLM1OJKS0ICSTHZOSFFQ?_dyncharset=UTF-8&fh_se arch=94826-91&x=9&y=6

But they will only work if one of them can fit reasonably snuggly over the rounded wheel nut.

As an alternative, try this:-

The thing cost 125, but if you ring their number and ask to speak to Ronnie, he will advise of garages local to you, that have the tool and will remove the offending nut (for a fee)
