My 1.5dci 2003 clio is sluggish at times when driving, i had this fixed before and he said something had got dirty and needed cleaning out like a tube has anyone any ideas what this is?TIA

It won't be the air filter, it could be either the EGR valve or it could need the MAF resetting, for a better answer and ways to check try asking here.......

WELLDONE to toureman it was the EGR pipe just need to block the pipe on top and problem solved.
