What car is the unit in?, did it come standard in the car... For example, Vauhall use to install Phillips and grundig units , then they stareted to use variations, if its the one that came with the car suggest you ask your dealer for code if unchanged, or get them to recode it for you. May cost you, and it may even be cheaper to buy a new unit!
