Hi There, I dont think there is a Law against this ,But do make certain that you are conforming to Local Council By-Laws .
Better Safe than Sorry. Good Luck. ALLIGATOR.
It is illegal to drive on the footpath, but there is an exception if you are crossing it to reach premises.
It is illegal to drive across a footpath to access a driveway unless there is a dropped kerb.
Dilligaf is right it is illegal to cross the pavement with no drop curb, although I don't know anybody that got a ticket for it
not sure about the path crossing thing but i know you can be charged for any damage you cause to the path/curb if you scrape the surface, and if your thinking of putting in a dropped curb you need to get someone who is specially insured for doing such, good luck
Unless there are signs ( usualy depicting a car either half on or fully on the curb ) it is illegal to park on the curb as to crossing over the curb to access a parking area or drive yes its against your local councils bye laws usualy and a proper planning aplication needs to be submitted for the dropping of the curb stones and has to be done either by the council or other approved company I think its usualy in the region of 300
