I drive a motability car which is insured fully comp, my daughter has now purchased a car to which she has gone fully comp also, would I be able to drive her vehicle?

The answer is NO.

Motability Insurance (Royal Sun Alliance) only covers cars on the Motability Scheme. She is ok to drive your Motability car if she is a named driver on the policy, but you cannot drive hers without obtaining an independent insurance. And even then, I am sure you will only be covered third party fire and theft, although her insurance is comprehensive.
