I have a provisional Lisence and i have my own car, i have to have someone sitting beside me when i am driving at all times, that person has to be over 21 and have been driving for at least 3years. I was wondering if you could tell me if i have to have that person insured on my car, even if they have fully comp on there own car?

No, they don't need to be insured on any car.
If they have insurance that covers them for other cars then they dont need to be on your insurance but if they dont it would be better if they were on your insurance in case there was a problem
but as toureman says they dont need to be but its better to be safe than sorry and also it may decrease your premium by having a qualified driver on your insurance
