CBT consists of a days training.
Most of it is practical off-road (usually a school playground done at weekends), with a little theory, and then a two hour on-road ride.
Cost is 80-100 pounds.
As to where you can do it, I guess you'll just have to look in the yellow pages, or search the web for where you live.
Joining the BMF will probably get you access to cheaper local training. Don't think I paid more than 20.
