what does it mean when its says that car is on a v plate. not v reg

V plate = V reg
same thing isn't it ?

Could be using a personalised plate.

It's just another way of saying the same thing. it's nothing to do with personalised plates.

it means been damaged, on register. just found out if antone else wanted to know

i presume you mean its been vic tested after a accident,cat a,b,or c.it would show on the v5 its v plated.
