my ford escort 1.4 1995 has a standard ford radio the code kicked in when my battery went flat and i dont know the code anyone know what to do

I found mine in the manual which came with the car. I had a separate booklet called 'Audio...something'. It was in the front of there. Otherwise you have to contact a Ford garage and it costs you about �15 i think.

i had to ring the rover garage up for a code for my car they did not charge me i said that i had bought the car and we had to change the battery they were extremely nice about it.
