not much help but if u have a Halfords near u then go along and find the oil section, there is usually a handy flip chart that tells u what oils to buy for what car makes and models

For a Ford Zetec engine you should only use Ford Zetec oil. I get KwikFit to do mine and they won't use anything else. Also the price is quite reasonable.

You need a semi-synthetic 5W/30

Looking up my records I see that Kwik Fit used Mobil 1 oil at both my oil changes. One depot didn't have this oil in stock and said they would not use anything else - so they sent me to another depot. Hope this helps.
