Indeed, hadn't seen one for decades but I recognised it immediately. We used to have one as a family car when I was a kid.

A great big old comfy car they were, shoota.
Interceptor III £23,000 and a convertible £45,000. Blimey! £23 k isn't too bad. Back in 1966, I imagined that if I worked hard, I could buy an Aston Martin. New then it was £3,750. The Lagonda version was another £300 or so. I'm still waiting ! Why not buy a 1966 one now ? It's about £65,000 !
Ford Zodics, I loved them!! I had 4 of them, and later I went to the Zephyr and the Executive. I once had the steering wheel come off my Zodiac as I was cornering and crashed it into a wall :-(

LOL @ RATTER, well they did have a great back seat !.
I believe that Chevette is the HA version which I think had a 3.2 litre engine tuned by Lotus. Or am I wrong?
