After a bit of confusion else where... (My bad!) new battery (£50) and high revving and thence jerky driving.... will it settle down? Or do I need to go back to Steve (adorable chap!) and get him to fiddle with my innerds! (as t'were).. For Funks Sake It is Friday night!!!

Err..what? The battery shouldn't affect the engine once it is running, more info. needed.

Very Revvy and very jerky driving.. can just about change a tyre but point a battery at me and I'm toast!!

He may have knocked a plug lead off Hippy, If so, a 5 min job, was the car Ok prior to the battery been changed?
