We recently had a problem with our vauxhall (opel in europe) omega. Under braking it dragged to the left and then suddenly pushed to the right and was all over the road. Masterfit found the problem the 3rd time we took it there and after we'd spent a few hundred quid. Then they came up with the idea ALL the bushings had gone and replaced them all. Now we took the car to another masterfit garage and they have found a severe problem with the front suspension arms and steering idler. Is it possible that the car may have been dropped from high up causing all of these problems?
If anyone knows could you contact me? Thanks!

Its a very serious problem alright, and I'm not sure how that could have come about, sorry I can't help there.  But, in order to throw your question open to the widest possible audience, its worth noting that the Vauxhall/Opel Omega was also available for purchase in the US as the Cadillac Catera, from about 1996 or so.
