I have a ford mondeo, and I am having trouble removing the radio because I have no reception, and need to check if the ariel is properly conected, but having inserted the radio extractors, the radio will still not come out, any ideas???

As the post below said, Slide in the extractor keys. You should feel them click in to place. Do not be tempted to push them in too far. When they are in place, you need to pull them slightly to the outsides of the car. You should then be able to pull the keys towards the gearstick with the radio attached, and hey presto, one removed radio.

Hope this helps
