does anyone know of the best time to cross the runcorn to liverpool bridge.As I need to get to fords of hallwood and dont want to get stuck in traffic.

Try to avoid between about 8am and 9am, and again between about 4.30pm and 5.30pm

Outside these times you can get over it in a couple of minutes - during these times it could take 30 minutes or more
