Hello, OH bought a van in December - he got the new keeper's supplement from the garage he bought the van from, but never recieved the full registration docs from DVLA. How do we go about getting them?

just contact DVLA and ask

Ring the DVLA they will confirm if your OH is now the registered keeper.
