hi all ive got a vauxhall astra 1.6 t reg. i was wondering if you could tell me how i go about checking my wheel bearings please? thanks

why do you need to check them,are they whining or playing up.

yeah basically their seems to be a rubbing kind of noise coming from the back left wheel, its not the brakes cos ive had them looked at????????????????
A wheel bearing would be a humming noise.

You may have a sticking brake caliper / shoe depending on whether the car has disks or drums on the rear.
it does not sound like a bearing,get it checked out at a garage as it could develop into to a big problem
calipers on a t reg i dont think so
