to make the long story short, my ex-freind, who only had a permit, drove right into another person the other day, and was hit from behind from another. i blacked out and didnt see the accident coming, but there was six of us in the car, and i was the only one with the license. after the crash, everyone told me to take the blame, but i was the only person "of age" in the car, and wasnt about to take the blame for something i didnt do, so i left.now the driver si threatening me, but i dont want to get involved. what should i do? will i get in trouble?

If you take the blame, then you'll probably have to pay for any damage as your cehicle was probably not insured for six,you could get sued if anyone decides they've suffered injury,Police and insurance companies don't look kindly to being lied to,you'll at least get points on your licence,if not a ban. Don't know what you can do about threats, apart from confide in your parents or someone in authority. Apart from leaving and knowingly allow someone without a full licence to drive (unless she/he was displaying L plates) then you did nothing wrong. Don't get in trouble for others
Methinks you are in deep excrement Sherry. Just be honest and take your medicine - the magistrate will respect you for being up front.
