I have just bought a 64 plate Citroen C3, with daylight running lights. Just noticed, and therefore now wonder - are the daylight running lights ONLY at the front? When the engine is running, those at the front are lit, but no lights show at the rear of the car. Right please?

Yes, DRLs only illuminate at the front.

Thanks for the quick response Gingejbee. If this was on paper my ink would not have dried before the answer came in!!
You're welcome Mr-H! If you want your rear lights on as well, switch to "sidelights" position and the DRLs should dim.
....or, at least, mine do.
Yes, a very silly decision to put DRLs only at the front of the car. I've seen idiots in fog driving on them, as well as at dusk, believing tat their tail-lights are lit.(Not just Citroen, it's the law).
I think that sidelights should be banned altogether. I see people driving around in them only, all the time. DLRs have only made the situation worse.
I just sit behind them flashing my lights.
My car has daylight lights. I didn't realise that they were only lit at the front. Thanks, Mr -H.
