how do i get my name taken off the registered title or deeds? my wife is in full agreement.

Talk to the mortgage company - they can handle it all, for a fee.

They will have to be satisfied your wife can afford the mortgage entirely on her own, so will need to see her payslips, savings and so on.

It may mean an entirely new mortgage, but that is not always the case.
If there is no mortgage, phone your local land registry who will send you the relevant forms.

It is a straightforward matter and the fee is relatively small.
But beware that if you are trying to give away your assets to prevent a third-party getting at them when they have a court order against you, or for some other reason that would avoid you having to pay a creditor, you will certainly run into trouble.
