I know it's not the one you're looking for, but there's this 'Memory Man' too. He's not very good, but he thinks he is, and he's incredibly funny (and he's very nice too).

Judge Nutmeg is correct but if you want to look him up it's actually spelt Leslie Welch.

He used to work at Seven Sisters (North London) Jobcentre many years ago - I worked there in 1981 and he was there a bit before then
