But it usually starts early around 8.28... I think both Corrie and Emmerdale are 22 minutes long of actual programme.

BBC have started similar but not as long, to advertise their up and coming programmes.

It was mentioned on ''Points of View'' yesterday as viewers were complaining.

I think they are cutting down on the length of programme to include more adverts - bit like Sainsburys have changed the Feta from a rectangle to a more square shape.
