No, we usually leave it soo late (wrapping everything Christmas Eve night), try not to get too stressed.

I personally wouldn't want to be doing all my shopping on saturday. I've still got a couple of bits to get but I know what they are... I'm thinking I'll leave as the shops open and get in and out before the crowds. I bet it doesn't work like that though.

Most people have finished, you'll have the shops to yourself by then.

Oh im not stressed i am only
1. skint
2. left a good paid job for a poor paid job
3. have crying kids every morning because its cold and dark and they hate breakfast club
4. have a birthday coming up, and cannot afford too many pressies.
5. have a hubby that blows hot and cold
6. have a credit card bill amounting to 4k

Thats it really, im not stressed though...:-(

You may not be able to get everything you want tho. Enjoy, you're not going to 'Lakeside' are you? Even today there were 5 mile queue's of traffic to get in...

NO!!!! definately not ....the crowds will now surely gravitate to tesco, sainsburys, llidl, aldi .... etc etc attention will soon be aimed toward the seasonal predicted british famine (that never comes of course & over expendature ends up in landfil) ...

With Buenchico on this. Always have done mine on Christmas Eve, and that's Monday. Only snag is that a lot of the central London shops shut early on the 24th and turning up at 4pm may prove disappointing (or worse!)

Because i wanted to be a phlebotomist wharton. Mamya, My head is better thank you, i have done some damage to my right eye, it still hurts and pretty blurred. Will be tested after xmas to see what is wrong.

I couldn't leave mine till last minute. Mine has all been done for weeks, and I've cooked as much of the Christmas dinner in advance as possible - stuffing, sprouts, carrots and pigs in blankets all ready and in the freezer. I get hardly any time off at Christmas and I don't want to spend all of it in the kitchen!
