I'm watching 'on the couch' and Dav has just been speaking to someone she announced as 'Chacheelia'. However when her name was printed on the screen is was Cecilia - how pretencious (if that's how you spell it?!)

Is it an Italian name? If so I would think that is what like it would be pronounced.
