You have just bought a new product, eg Mobile, CCTV, or many other Electrical items with no instructions, should they not be included within the box? why should YOU have to download & print them?

Oh, I should have used an alternative than O2 for a phone then.
I agree a manual should be available as an optional extra, for a charge.

One of my phones didn't come with printed instructions. All the info was on the phone.

Other than that I've never received anything without a manual.

Tv, a comprehensive written manual.

Humax box - a brief how to connect leaflet then set up info and help is on screen.

Food mixer.kettle, toaster and washing machine are like novels though some do include recipes.

Ecclescake
There was no need for your initial sarky though , was there ?
Eccles makes an interesting point, I have never thought when researching a new item to ask if a printed manual is included - I may consider doing that in future.

Ta Eccles.

My usual problem is how to get the thing out of the packaging.
