I was going well but sat down again, better go get dressed. I have a current routine at the mo of allowing myself slow days. I have a busy day tomorrow and yesterday so am allowed a slow day today.

How are we all ? Dull and dreary here .
I'm on a slow day too Woofy ..Robinia is zimmering way ahead of me today :)
Only went out for papers and pick up library books and that's it .

Lottie crawls in after a particularly slow weekend!! No reason really, just lethergy and couldn't be bothered. We ate takeaways and I had a good old go at the rum and coke last night.

But................. I am devastated at missing your birthday Shaney. I am so sorry, but glad you had a lovely time. Are you officially my age now, well at least until April when I will be ahead of you again.

Will now go and read through properly. (But should be doing some housework!!)

I've done my stint at School. first day back since before Christmas. I'm pleased I'm back doing itl Everything sort of normal again. Tai chi tomorrow and then a pub lunch with 2 of my friends as usual.
Haven't had any dinner yet today only a bowl of some so I'm off now to cook...she says opening the freezer door!

hygienist tomorrow and its 9.30 so i have to get up early after going back to bed.
got quite a bit done today albeit slowly.
Microwave jacket spud and prawns for tea, and am enjoying a glass of canadian club and ginger ale, because if the government says it, it must be wrong!

Just filled in the Police forms, and honestly I get so nervous, remnants of the Franco Days, I guess, hopefully will finally get rid of that partner's name, my reason for coming here), as here you always have 2 surnames and as his was the name I came with, I had it at first, then didn't ;then bgr me 5yrs ago they gave it back to me, luckily it didn't get onto hija's residencia. Made a lovely beef stew, and as hija is on a veg only diet (!!!) she ate the vegs and then a little bit of meat cos she couldn't resist.

Had lost all the paperwork I need for tomorrow so been doing some panicky searching...now all sorted so finally dinner......

no, early appointments aren't a good idea, I've found. Fine if I'm being all insomniac (like now) but frustrating if I'm actually having one of my sleep-for-8-hours nights and have to cut it short.

Morning All! Sunny mildish morning here up to now but for how long I don't know. The only early appointments I make are with my Dr. I go for when they openi at 8 so make sure I get an appointment with him. That was on his advice. He gets so booked up and I wont ring as he is only 5/10 mins. walk away.
Off to Tai Chi in a little while looking forward to a meal with my friends so I'll see yer later 'gater(s) Have a good day.
