nope dont think ive seen that one will look out for it
It depends where the camera is, a necessary precaution in some cases. If it helps catch criminals, and makes me feel safe. Do I want one in the ladies when I go? no thank you.
How come you've got food? I've got adverts for blood pressure!!!!!!!!!
Question Author
grrrrrrrrrr i give up
Cameras in toilets shouldn't be hidden and should not invade privacy. i.e a deterent.

If the police are chasing someone then thats a different matter.

I think its a very cloudy area, if it can be proved thats its entrapment the case gets thrown out.
Question Author
what about people who have them in their own home pointing out onto a street for example
They could say its for security purposes , but how do we know its not a peodo perving on kids playing in a street.
That is a tough one, not sure I would feel the need for a camera pointing into the street. Unless there was trouble and you wanted to catch the people possibly vandalising your property
Question Author
there are so many houses with cameras on homes now it makes you think if there is anything anymore as invasion of privacy???
I don't think anyone should have a camera pointing into the street but with the proliferation of CCTV how do you legislate? I know some people have cameras looking at thier cars because of vandalism.

How do you prove if a camera is voyouristic or not? You can't just walk in a nd demand the pictures or can you?
Question Author
and i always thought cctv needed a licence or am i wrong???
