How turn computer monitor into mirror?

Hi. Does anyone know if it's possible to use a background that would essentially turn my computer monitor into a mirror? Scanning a mirror doesn't work.

Love the idea of scanning a mirror!!

the best reflection you will get is with a plain black background, but even then it will not be like a mirror!

Have you considered a webcam?

Why would you want a monitor mirror? Just buy a large mirror instead.

Do not scan a mirror. Light can blow up. Look at the effect when putting a mirror in front of another mirror....it's a tunnel to infinity.

er, a mirror is a mirror BECAUSE it's a mirror. It's all to do with the surface of it, what's underneath etc etc. I've got a picture of a decent motor, but can I drive it - no.

They phased the tippex correction out with windows 2000 Androcles, you just need a normal eraser for later versions :)
