Hi Chuck

Thanks for your answer regarding DigitalFusion update. I was concerned that it might be something viral!!

I am trying to run the update but it says that the programme is running and I need to close it. What would be using it? When running the update nothing is open except that so I am a bit confused (very confused to tell the truth LOL).

Am running vista home premium if that is any help.

there will be an icon for it down by the clock, right click on the icon and select exit before doing the upgrade,
